By underground: The nearest station is Sloane Square on the District and Circle lines, five minutes’ walk down King’s Road to the end of Sloane Avenue. South Kensington Station, on the Piccadilly line which runs from Heathrow, is 10 minutes’ walk in the other direction along Pelham St, which runs off the other end of Sloane Avenue.
By bus: Numerous buses run along King’s Road, connecting Chelsea with the West End, City and other important destinations.
By road: Taxi or GPS/satnav recommended for visitors – this is central London! For locals, head for the top end of Fulham Rd, where it starts to curve and become Brompton Rd, then turn off at the lights with the Michelin building on the corner, at the top of Sloane Avenue. Nell Gwynn House is 250m on the left.
